Getting Diversity & Inclusion training pitched right and key messages across is notoriously difficult but Dana smashed it and the feedback from the team was very positive. The sessions helped tackle head-on some cultural change issues and built the confidence of the managers to drive these forward. Dana worked with me and my HR Business Partner in advance to fully understand the context for the training (exploring why we felt the need for diversity and inclusion to be covered, why the training was needed at that point and what I wanted as outcomes from the session). She then built the sessions bespoke for the group, including supporting materials. The sessions were hands-on, practical and interactive, with lots of discussion, opportunities for the participants to work together, learn from each other and importantly to listen to and understand different viewpoints and cultures.
