Usually Diversity Training is a tickbox exercise that you suck it up and groan your way through for compliance reasons, but Dana’s training was completely different. I’m not going to lie, it was a challenging session because she shone a light on privilege and bias. But I definitely don’t see the world the way I did before the session and I am now committed to doing better and being better.
